DNAs differ between universes
Theory Description:
Peter (having come from an alternate reality) is not DNA-related to Walter
     Supporting Facts or Evidence:

  1. The toxin tested by Hoffman (the nazi on The Bishop Revival) was set to attack those who bore the same traits. On its more spefic setting, it killed a whole family at the wedding. Then, any toxin designed for attacking Walter would attack his descendants. Nevertheless, Peter_Bishop was not affected by the toxin at Hoffman's basement lab - while Walter was.
     Contradictory Facts or Evidence:

  1. Peter's DNA is not identical to Walter's; he also has pieces of his mother's DNA. The toxin may have just been more specifically targeted than the toxin that killed the family at the wedding.

Walter is a clone of Robert Bishop
Theory Description:
Robert Bishop used his knowledge acquired from his work with the nazi to clone himself. --LabgoTalk|Contribs 21:26, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
     Supporting Facts or Evidence:

  1. Hoffman indicates that Walter looks just like his father. --LabgoTalk|Contribs 21:26, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
  2. After taking Walter's sweater and presumably analyzing it and looking at Walter's DNA, Hoffman calls Walter a traitor, as if it was Robert Bishop (who we found out from Walter was spying on the nazis). --LabgoTalk|Contribs 21:26, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
  3. Robert Bishop is represented by a seahorse. Although in this species (of the Genus Hippocampus - memory again!) offsprings are the product of male and female, it is actually the male which gives birth by expelling the youngs from his pouch. --LabgoTalk|Contribs 21:26, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
     Contradictory Facts or Evidence:

  1. Walter is not an excellent swimmer and was not capable of saving himself or Peter when they fell into the lake. However Robert Bishop is an excellent swimmer. Would a clone not have the same skill (unless it is totally acquired by training)? --LabgoTalk|Contribs 21:34, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Robert Bishop did not die in 1944
Theory Description:
Robert Bishop pretended to die in 1944 in order to hide his whereabouts. --LabgoTalk|Contribs 21:26, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
     Supporting Facts or Evidence:

  1. Bishop was a spy and at risk of being pursued by people like Hoffman. He had to disappear. --LabgoTalk|Contribs 21:26, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
  2. Bishop was know to many as a nazi. Again, it was advantageous for him to disappear. --LabgoTalk|Contribs 21:26, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
  3. Walter indicates that his father came from Germany in 1943. He disappeared (or supposedly died) shortly after. --LabgoTalk|Contribs 21:26, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
     Contradictory Facts or Evidence:

  1. First fact contradicting theory
